Hello, My name is Shanel Reesman. I am currently located in Eugene, Oregon in a private suite at Sola Salons. I have always been an artist but didn’t think of making it a career until I met a hairstylist who changed my perspective on what being a beautician really means. It means being in a safe and comfortable space for anyone who needs a lending ear to listen, a place to get away for some “me” time, a space to be pampered in and most of all to increase your natural beauty. That is why i specialize in total look transformations with color, and hair extensions. Blonde and red tones have my heart forever and is my specialty. Offering hair extensions with multiple price points and options for day to day wear. So come have a seat in my studio and take some time for you and your outside beauty. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Booking Policy
To secure your appointment, all clients are required to keep a card on file.
Please note: This is not a pre-payment. Your card will only be charged in the event of a no-show or last-minute cancellation. This policy helps protect my time and ensures availability for all clients.
Fees:
• No-Show: 100% of the scheduled service cost.
• Cancellation within 24 hours: 50% of the scheduled service cost.
• Late Arrivals: If you are more than 10 minutes late without prior communication and approval, it will be treated as a no-show and charged accordingly.

Refund Policy
This business does not offer refunds on any services rendered. If you experience concerns with a hair service, please reach out within one week, and I will gladly schedule you at my earliest availability to correct the issue. If issues persist or expectations continue to be unmet, I may determine that we are not an ideal client–stylist fit and decline future appointments.

• All hair extension purchases are non-refundable.
• If you choose to provide your own extension hair, please understand that I cannot guarantee against issues such as tension spots, slippage, or color mismatches due to unknown quality or weight.
